Cancellation Policy

At Kalpavriksha Wellness, appointment slots are reserved exclusively for each client. We request all clients to respect the scheduled appointment time.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time.
• In case of a cancellation with a valid reason and prior notice of at least 2 hours, the session fee will still be payable; however, the amount will be adjusted against your next appointment.
• If a client fails to inform us about the cancellation or does not attend the scheduled session (“no-show”), the full session fee for the reserved time slot will be charged and cannot be adjusted toward a future appointment.
